• KERN SET-28 ensures powerful data connection between existing IT systems (such as ERP, PPS etc.) and KERN EasyTouch, e.g. for the transfer of item master data or synchronisation of weighing data and counted quantities
• Easy initial input of large volumes of data: A large amount of master data such as recipes, counted parts, items with their associated tolerances, etc., can be transferred from ERP and PPS systems to the EasyTouch master data memory at the touch of a button – without errors, guaranteed!
• Permanent data interfaces, e.g. for the synchronisation of item master data, weighing data, measurement results and counted quantities can be set up
• Continuous synchronisation of item master data: Master data such as item data, recipes, reference weights of items to be counted, etc. can be altered, expanded or deleted in the respective ERP or PPS system as well as in EasyTouch. Changes are communicated to all connected systems and stored in those systems accordingly (automatic data synchronisation)
• Continuous synchronisation of weighing and measurement data: Weights, measurement data, counting results, batch numbers, and other operational data from EasyTouch can be synchronised with connected ERP and PPS systems. In this way, for example, weighing and quantity results collected by EasyTouch can be stored straight into a connected ERP system as stock level data and processed further there. This means that EasyTouch can form the user-friendly “front end” of a connected stock management system, but with additional professional weighing and counting functions, etc.
• The Save-Server function is a prerequisite for all permanent data interfaces in order to set up the interface with a central data source

Options

• The central data memory function Save Server (SET-10) for additional storage of all measurement data in a central, local server directory. By doing this the measurement data of all connected EasyTouch weighing systems as well as from all installed EasyTouch functions will be stored. A particular benefit of doing this for those users with several weighing systems is that all weighing data is consolidated in just one database and you can search for individual measurement data from several balances in just one table. The Save Server data memory is also tamper-proof and cannot be changed
